To make it a bit of fun, please include a statement telling us why you want to work at Syrup, what sort of music you're into (Don't just say 'techno'... we want specifics!! Artrists, DJs, song titles... we are all about the music, afterall), what bar experience you've had (other than propping it up on messy weekends), and what your favourite types of alcohol are!! Also, please include an original cocktail recipe (if possible.. but don't be afraid to say you can't make them...) that will be quick and easy to whip up on a busy Saturday night!!
